Who we are

Pearlcrest Exclusive Properties L.L.C is a real estate brokerage based in Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, "we", "us" and "Pearlcrest" mean Pearlcrest Exclusive Properties L.L.C. You can contact us about anything in this policy at m.ali@pearlcrestdubai.ae.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, book a viewing or message us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, and anything you write about the property you're looking for (budget, area, timeline).

We also record how you found us — for example the advert, campaign or website that sent you — so we know which of our marketing is working. Our website uses cookies and similar technology from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Analytics to measure visits and the performance of our adverts.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and match you with suitable properties.
• To arrange viewings, reservations and the paperwork for a purchase or rental.
• To send you relevant listings and launches, if you've asked us to. You can opt out at any time.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed broker in Dubai.

Who we share it with

We only share your details when it's needed to help you buy, sell or rent — for example with the developer of a project you want to reserve, a mortgage adviser you ask us to connect you with, or the Dubai Land Department and other authorities for registration. Our marketing partner, Janobi Agency, helps run our website and advertising and can see enquiry records for that purpose. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we're helping you, and then for up to three years so we can follow up on your property search, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Records connected to a completed transaction are kept as long as UAE law requires.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or stop us using it for marketing. Email m.ali@pearlcrestdubai.ae and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, but we won't be able to tell which advert brought you to us.
